Content management

Remote screen management

One dashboard for publishing in a store, an office or a branch network, with a clear division of locations and team responsibilities.

Update content without visiting the screen

In Signivo, you change content from your browser. Select materials and a playlist, then choose a screen or device group. The same approach works for one reception display and a shared campaign running in several cities.

For example, a central team can prepare a new offer while the local owner maintains opening hours for one branch. This division reduces the chance of a local update replacing content intended for the whole network.

Names and groups that keep a network organized

Name devices by location and purpose: city, site and zone. An entrance display has a different job from a screen at the checkout. Groups help deliver relevant materials to the right audience without creating a separate campaign for every device.

Make publishing someone's responsibility

Decide who prepares content, who publishes it and who removes outdated notices. For a larger organization, choose a plan with the appropriate roles and multi-location scope. Before expanding, test the workflow on a few screens and make device-status reviews part of the publishing routine.

Prepare the dashboard for daily work

  • List locations and define each screen's purpose.
  • Adopt a shared naming system for devices and playlists.
  • Separate network-wide and local communication.
  • Assign a content owner and someone to check playback.
  • Test publishing and scheduling on a representative display.

FAQ

Questions about this solution

Can I manage screens from another city?
Yes. You manage content in your browser. Devices need a connection to receive changes; temporary playback of downloaded materials is explained on the player page.
Do all screens have to show the same content?
No. Screens or groups can have different playlists and schedules, such as separate programs for reception, the store and employee areas.
